A&B Export AS is a licensed Norwegian seafood exporter based in Oslo. We are the data controller for any personal data processed through this website. For privacy questions, write to mbq@abexport.no.

Only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message.

We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking, we do not run marketing cookies, and we do not offer user accounts or logins.

Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate potential business partnerships. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We keep your message for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted or archived in line with Norwegian bookkeeping law. Only authorised A&B Export staff and the providers that host our website and deliver our email can access it.

This website only sets strictly necessary first-party cookies required for core functionality, such as a secure session for the contact form. No analytics or marketing cookies are used, so no consent banner is needed.

Under GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Write to mbq@abexport.no and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
